How long do the benefits last?

The benefits will last for one year, or until you move up to the next tier. For example, if you get to MVP, you will get the voucher and Free Gift + you will get 2 hours of early access for one year, or until you move up to GOAT.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY OLD POINTS?

They will be carried across and depending on how many points you had before, dictate which tier you will be in now.
WHAT HAPPENED TO VIP?

VIP has been restructured. So if you were VIP you will still receive our weekly emails, but you are not part of the Member Club.

No. That just means that you're on our email database. You need to sign-up to become a ROOKIE here.
Do the points expire?

From May 2022, all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in points activity for 1 year (365 days) or more.
